Yes, of course it is!<\/span><\/p>\n

The charges are 125 euros per month. This is a flat fee and all inclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n

As well as water, gas and electricity consumption, the charges include WiFi, cleaning of the communal areas and bedrooms, insurance, use of the laundry and shared Netflix & Deezer subscriptions. <\/span><\/p>\n

Most of the rooms have a bathroom shared by 2 people. <\/span>Some rooms have a private bathroom. <\/span><\/p>\n

With certain exceptions (very large rooms with private bathroom, as in our Albert’s house), the rooms are intended to be occupied by one person only. <\/span><\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve seen the accommodation, your application has been accepted, the rental agreement signed and the rental guarantee secured, the room is yours!<\/span><\/p>\n

The house itself is strictly non-smoking, but you can smoke in the outside areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rooms are fully furnished. But sometimes it\u2019s possible, with approval, to bring in a small piece of furniture.<\/span><\/p>\n
