How long is the rental period?
The rental agreement is for 1 year and is renewable.
Is it possible to stay for longer than a year?
Yes, of course it is!
Can I leave before the end of the rental agreement?
It’s possible to leave before the end of the rental agreement by giving 2 months’ advance notice.
How much are the charges?
The charges are 125 euros per month. This is a flat fee and all inclusive.
What are the all-inclusive services?
As well as water, gas and electricity consumption, the charges include WiFi, cleaning of the communal areas and bedrooms, insurance, use of the laundry and shared Netflix & Deezer subscriptions.
Are the bathrooms shared?
Is it possible to live 2 in a room?
With certain exceptions (very large rooms with private bathroom, as in our Albert’s house), the rooms are intended to be occupied by one person only.
Are pets allowed?
No, sorry, pets aren’t allowed.
Can I visit the accommodation?
Yes, of course. Just get in touch with us.
How do I reserve a room?
Once you’ve seen the accommodation, your application has been accepted, the rental agreement signed and the rental guarantee secured, the room is yours!
Is it a non-smoking house?
The house itself is strictly non-smoking, but you can smoke in the outside areas.
Can I bring my own furniture?
The rooms are fully furnished. But sometimes it’s possible, with approval, to bring in a small piece of furniture.
How much is the rental guarantee?
The rental guarantee is 2 months’ rent, without charges.
Can I have a friend or family member to stay?
Yes, on an occasional and exceptional basis you can have a friend or relative to stay, but after letting your other housemates know.
Is it possible to make this my legal address?
Yes, you can make it your legal address.
