The ROOMY philosophy ?
To provide fully equipped rooms with the highest level of comfort in superb Brussels townhouses with a wide range of amenities … to make each ROOMY house your haven of peace. Prices are carefully calculated to make them accessible to all. Depending on the room, the number of occupant and the house, rental prices range from €430 to €740 per month, with a monthly service charge of €125, all inclusive.
All-inclusive charges:
01. Energy
Water, heating and electricity are fully included in the monthly service charge.
02. Housekeeping
Cleaning of the communal areas 1x a week and private spaces 2x a month + shared basic supplies (cleaning products, etc).
03. In-house amenities
High-speed WiFi, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, shared NETFLIX and DEEZER subscriptions, safe deposit box in each room…
04. Outside amenities
Shared BASIC FIT subscription, VILLO subscription with the first half-hour rental included…
05. Furniture and furnishings provided
Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes a large bed (usually 140 cm), top quality mattress, hyper-practical wardrobe storage, vintage desk, safe deposit box and duvet, pillow, bed linen and towels!
06. Tenant insurance
Each ROOMY house is insured. So your service charge already includes fire and water damage insurance!
