In ROOMY houses, cleaning of both the communal areas and bedrooms is taken care of. Once a week for the communal areas and once a fortnight for the bedrooms.

If you have washing to do, there’s no need to go out to a laundrette. Each ROOMY house has its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

ROOMY houses are designed for relaxation as well as entertainment and work, so each housemate enjoys an unlimited, high-speed WiFi connection.

ROOMY offers each housemate a shared NETFLIX subscription so that you don’t miss out on any of the latest trending series. Not only on your personal computer but also on the big screen in each house!

And of course you can’t live without music! As a ROOMY housemate you enjoy a shared DEEZER subscription so you can listen to whatever you like – pop, rock, rap, classical, jazz – whenever you like.
